活塞式液壓缸
單(dan)活塞(sai)桿液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)只有一(yi)端有活塞(sai)桿。如圖所(suo)示是一(yi)種單(dan)活塞(sai)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)。其兩端進出口(kou)油口(kou)A和B都可通壓(ya)力油或(huo)回油,以實現雙向運(yun)動,故稱(cheng)為雙作用缸(gang)。
活塞僅能單向運(yun)動(dong),其(qi)反方向運(yun)動(dong)需(xu)由(you)外力(li)來(lai)完成(cheng)。但(dan)其(qi)行程一(yi)般較(jiao)活塞式液壓(ya)缸(gang)大。
活塞式液壓缸可分為單桿(gan)式和雙桿(gan)式兩種結構,其(qi)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)方式由缸體固(gu)定(ding)(ding)和活塞桿(gan)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)兩種。、





擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)缸是輸出扭矩并實現(xian)往復運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行元件,有單葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)、雙(shuang)葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)、螺(luo)旋擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾(ji)種形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi):定(ding)(ding)子(zi)塊固(gu)定(ding)(ding)在(zai)缸體上,而葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)和(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)連接在(zai)一起。根(gen)據(ju)進油方向,葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)將(jiang)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)作往復擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)旋擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)又分單螺(luo)旋擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)雙(shuang)螺(luo)旋兩(liang)種,現(xian)在(zai)雙(shuang)螺(luo)旋比(bi)較常用,靠兩(liang)個(ge)螺(luo)旋副降液(ye)壓(ya)缸內活塞(sai)的直線運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變為直線運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉(zhuan)(zhuan)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的復he運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實現(xian)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。
O形密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)圈在低壓(ya)下使用時,與(yu)U形密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)圈比較,由于(yu)面(mian)壓(ya)較高(gao)、動(dong)靜(jing)摩(mo)擦阻(zu)力之(zhi)差較大(da),容易產生滑移(yi)或(huo)爬行;U型密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)圈的面(mian)壓(ya)隨著壓(ya)力的提(ti)高(gao)而增(zeng)大(da),雖(sui)然密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)效果也(ye)相應提(ti)高(gao),但(dan)動(dong)靜(jing)摩(mo)擦阻(zu)力之(zhi)差也(ye)變大(da),內壓(ya)增(zeng)加,影響橡膠彈性,由于(yu)唇緣的接(jie)觸阻(zu)力增(zeng)大(da),密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)圈將會傾翻及唇緣伸長,也(ye)容易引起滑移(yi)或(huo)爬行,為防止(zhi)其傾翻可采用支承環保持其穩定。
