擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式液(ye)壓缸(gang)是(shi)輸出扭矩并實現(xian)往復運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行(xing)元件,有單(dan)(dan)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、雙葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)幾(ji)種(zhong)形式。葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)式式:定子(zi)(zi)塊(kuai)固定在(zai)(zai)缸(gang)體上,而(er)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)和轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)連接在(zai)(zai)一起(qi)。根(gen)據進(jin)油方向,葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)將帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)作往復擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式又分單(dan)(dan)螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)兩種(zhong),現(xian)在(zai)(zai)雙螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)比較常用,靠兩個螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)副降液(ye)壓缸(gang)內活(huo)塞的(de)直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)變為(wei)直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與(yu)自轉(zhuan)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復he運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而(er)實現(xian)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





其(qi)(qi)次(ci)是(shi)裝配時(shi)有異物進(jin)入及密封(feng)材料(liao)質量不(bu)好(hao)。其(qi)(qi)后果則是(shi)動作緩(huan)慢、無力,嚴重時(shi)還會(hui)造(zao)成活塞及缸筒的(de)損壞,出現“拉缸”現象。處理方法是(shi)調整(zheng)速度控制閥,對照安裝說明應做必要(yao)的(de)操作和改進(jin)。
(2)液壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)泄(xie)漏。包括(kuo)閥(fa)及液壓(ya)(ya)管(guan)路(lu)的泄(xie)漏。檢修方法是(shi)通過操縱(zong)換(huan)向閥(fa)檢查并(bing)消除液壓(ya)(ya)連接管(guan)路(lu)的泄(xie)漏。
(3)液壓油(you)經溢流閥旁通回油(you)箱。
叉(cha)車液壓系統常見的故(gu)障檢查與排除(chu)
叉車的主(zhu)要液壓作業部分有起升缸(gang)和傾斜缸(gang),其故障的檢查與排除方(fang)法列舉(ju)如下 :
1、叉車空載時不能起(qi)升和傾斜
故障檢(jian)查1:系統(tong)油(you)量(liang)不足
故障排除:加油至油標(biao)線(xian)。
故障排(pai)除2:齒(chi)(chi)輪泵排(pai)量不足齒(chi)(chi)頂隙和齒(chi)(chi)側隙過(guo)大
故障檢查:更(geng)換油泵或零(ling)件(jian)
故障檢查(cha)3:多路(lu)閥進油路(lu)堵(du)塞
故障排除:疏通多路閥油路
